Inquiries
Submitting a quote request is an invitation to treat. We may decline to quote. Nothing on the site creates an agency, partnership or fiduciary duty.
Accuracy
We take care with product descriptions and market notes, but cargo is always subject to the contract, inspection and documents for that shipment. Insights are general comments, not advice.
Intellectual property
Text, photography commissioned for this site, and the Asiatech name and mark are owned by us or used under licence. You may not copy them for commercial use without written consent.
